Positive: The entire staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Michelle, Carla, Phillip, Savannah, and Daniel were terrific at the front desk, exceeding our expectations. Denise and Kyle were outstanding in the breakfast area. The choice of food, taste, and overall selection was amazing. Housekeeping and maintenance staff handled all our requests. We highly recommend this Homewood Suites location. It is close to shops and outstanding restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing.
Negative: The pool could use some maintenance on the tiles. It was slippery in spots entering and exiting the pool.
Summary: Great value, excellent location, superb staff, well-appointed and spacious rooms.

Positive: Quiet, spacious one bedroom suite with sofa bed so our daughter could stay a night with us. We needed sofa bedding and additional towels and the receptionist brought it up right away herself! She was kind and treated us like family. The cleanliness of the rooms and quality of the breakfast is exceptional. Highly recommend.
